Just got my phone hours ago (customized teak, black front, red accents) so I haven't had a chance to really customize it, plus I've been on Windows Mobile for about a year...
Quick request: please post where you got your backgrounds, skins, etc.
I'm actually looking for a launcher that mimicks the Live Tiles found on WM8.1, but I guess we'd need dev support for individual icon customization.
FWIW, I was really surprised at how quickly I got the phone. Ordered on Friday December 12th, was delivered on Tuesday the 15th, straight from China, as per tracking info.
