Root {UNBRICK} twogbsd's simple unbrick guide.

I did everything exactly as it said but it stops at 15 % and tells me "The phone is disconnected from PC. Connect the usb cable and wait a moment. Press the Retry button to resume the setting analysis process."
I tried using a different usb port but it didn't work. Im using the D320 model btw.

Please answer fast ! :)

Well, I tried to restore from CM11. It all went well until reboot. Now it just bootloops on boot animation. Can anyone help me on this? I'm pretty much stuck here.

EDIT:
OK, I just found out a solution by myself. Thought of sharing if anyone gets into the same trouble:

1) Turn on the phone and connect it to your PC/laptop
2) While phone bootloops, open un command prompt on pc and type, one line at the time:

This will reboot phone in recovery mode.
3) From there, delete data and cache, and reboot
4) You're done! :)

This Method Didn't Work For Me, Can You Explain in more details

One question. (I'm new to the whole forum thing, this is my first post on AndroidForums)
[Background Info]
I had CyanogenMod 12 flashed on my LG MS323, and was using it as my daily driver. However, I wanted to get rid of it, and flash it back to stock. I had fastboot mode, and adb mode; no download mode at this point. I also had a custom recovery installed. Using fastboot, I deleted 'laf.img', reflashed 'laf.img', and erased my custom recovery.
What resulted was:
No Custom Recovery
Cyanogenmod 12 still installed
No Download mode

Realizing I might have just effed up my phone, I left it untouched up until about yesterday. I repeated the steps again (to get download mode working), but this time it worked, and I had download mode. Great! I thought, as I ventured the internet for the kdz file of my MS323.

Followed this guide, only to end up with:
No Fastboot
No Recovery

What I have now is my phone turning on, flashing the MetroPCS boot animation, then replaying the boot animation over and over. ADB and Download Mode are working, and all my drivers are properly installed. The phone is not read by the computer. Tried adb reboot bootloader, and it just reboot. Tried all possible versions of adb reboot and practically got the same thing.

TL;DR
My phone is somewhat bricked, in a bootloop, with no fastboot nor recovery. One question. Is my phone in the void of paperweights?

Edit: 3/31/2015
ADB is not always working. Dunno why.

If Download Mode works, then this should work. Are you sure the KDZ is valid and you followed everything? (meaning downloaded right)

Yeah, I am sure.

Edit: Reflashing with the file I have, and redownloading the OP's kdz file.
Edit: Still didn't work with the file I have. Waiting for download.
Edit: Did not work.

SOLUTION: If you were stuck on what I was, you simply have to hard reset it.
To hard reset your ms323, hold volume down button + power button. wait for lg logo, let go og the power button, then hold the power button again. never let go of the volume down button.

Thanks to crutchcorn for responding.

I'm having some trouble doing this, I get all the steps down except when I accept my country and stuff, It automatically says to connect my phone. The computer also says scanning for device (I have drivers installed so wtf) and I think may be the main culprit. Please help.

I really want to set my phone back to stock and unlock the boot loader. I'm having too many issues with my MS323 such as battery drainage and overheating to and overall buggy-ness. I've also been having excessive google play services issues too. Please help!

Edit: yes I had it in DL mode but still data please connect to PC blah blah blah.
