After seeing a thread earlier discussing the possibility of doing this, I decided to throw together a flashable zip with the audio files from CM 10.2.
As always, always make a backup before flashing anything
Instructions:
1. Download the attached zip file to your device
2. Reboot into recovery
3. Flash the zip
4. Reboot and enjoy!

The Cyanogenmod team for their ROM, from which these files were pulled
If something's broke, let me know. I flashed this to my device and the new ringtones were added and showed up in settings under "Personalize"
