AT&T NOTE 4 LOLLIPOP: Is it worth the upgrade

Just upgraded overnight. My Note 4 has always been very laggy, but that seems to be very much improved. Most things seem to be working ok, but it took forever to get my calendar synchronized again. Note that the download is HUGE, you will want to be connected to wifi AND power. My download took several hours. So far, no issues. Anybody have specific questions, let me know...

I updated yesterday as well and haven't noticed any problems. I did have trouble with the actual install though. I downloaded it three times and the install failed all three times after downloading the update. I found that a few others had the same problem. I backed up my phone to Kies and did a factory reset and then the update downloaded and installed without problems. Restoring the backup got my phone mostly back to where it was before.

The only issue I'm seeing so far is that my phone keeps saying 'searching using GPS'.

Its doing more than I've ever seen it happen before. Also, my wife's note 3 got the update last night and hers is doing the same thing.

Her phone sent from 86% to 35% overnight while she was sleeping
I'm looking around to see if this is a known bug or not. I just watched my battery drain super quick because of GPS searching, I have a Note 3.

there is alot of issues im finding out with this update. i also have the searching GPS notification as well. that in itself is whats causing the battery to drain like it is.
also if you have any folder marked as PRIVATE before the upgrade, it is now gone or you cant get to it in any way. not that i have found. this isnt nothing serious but was nice, before when you looked at your battery status it would tell you how long its been off the charger, now it only shows how much life you have left which isnt correct caues the GPS is constantly searching for a signal...

I pulled the battery out twice to soft reset, than shut off my phone all night. I thought this had fixed my problem, or a patch had been released when I restarted because the "searching using GPS/Location set by GPS" notice hadn't returned....until just now.

Has anyone figured this out yet?

...And this is on both my Note 3, and my wifes Note 4. Totally draining both our batteries.

i dont really have a battery drain on my note 4, but its not lasting as long as it usually does on a single charge. i keep a fully charged spare batter and i usually am swapping it at 8pm roughly. i had to change it at 6pm today.

my wifes note 3 will last her 2 days on a single charge. now she cant make it through one full day.
