Welcome to the forum :)

Need a little more info from you first.

What carrier are you on? What recovery and version do you have eg TWRP 2.8.x.x? Also, it would be useful to check what firmware version you have. Can you post a photo of your bootloader screen, or if you have set-up and are familiar with fastboot, do:

fastboot getvar all

and post results here, but scrub out your IMEI and device serial number first before posting.

Actually, you might be ok :).

From what I can see for HTC Asia TW the firmware you have is for Android 4.4.4. According to the Venom website, as long as you have at least 4.4.4 firmware you should be ok for wi-fi to work on the latest ViperOne rom. Do a nandroid backup of current rom first, and try it.

What version of TWRP are you on, maybe need to update TWRP first if it's an old 2.7.x.x version?

TWRP version is good, but from a quick search I can't see a RUU available that matches your cid to get updated firmware for - sorry don't have time to do a thorough search just now.

You might have to revert back to completely stock, and then take OTA - see if you can find something for HTC__621 in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2701376
