Root i dont have operating system anymore please help

bootloader sd checking
no image
no image
no image

on the top reads *** UNLOCKED ***
OK.

So, your phone is unlocked, likely rooted at some point or in progress, and I can see that it's an HTC.

To begin, three things -

Please verify that it's the One SV for me so I'm clear we're in the right place, thanks.

Please power down, remove the sd card, and power up - does it solve the problem?

If not, let's get to the bootloader - power off, hold volume down while powering on - it will say tampered, unlocked, at the top - please write down everything, line by line, from the top through the date in your reply.

We're having some server problems so posting may be difficult, sorry.

Please download the Mini-SDK -

http://androidforums.com/threads/adb-guide-updated-2014-11-11.443072/#post-5389081

Unzip the sdk-tools.zip and it creates the sdk-tools folder - I do not think you need special usb drivers right away.

Windows Explorer, shift + right click on the sdk-tools folder, choose Open command window here.

Phone - from the first picture - tap FASTBOOT so it says FASTBOOT at the top. Plug in to PC. It will say FASTBOOT USB at the top.

Command window say -

fastboot getvar all

Command window -

Alt+space for menu, E for edit, select all, copy, and paste into your reply here.

Remove the meid and serial numbers, those are private.

After your reply I can check for a recovery installer for you.
