New LG G Watch R not working out of the box :'(

Just bought the watch off of Amazon and it arrived and I tried to pair up with my SSG5 and the watch will not respond to any touches on it's screen. I can't do anything with this watch and it boots up fine when turned on. It even acknowledges when trying to pair with the PIN and gives me the screen with it and a green circle with check mark in it. The watch screen is unresponsive to any touches at all and I've tried several times to reboot like the manual says. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hello ! I have received today my new LG G Watch R, and I am having exactly the same problems like you: touch screen does not respond, but the rest of the watch seems to work ok (boots, it is seen by BT on my phone, but I cannot pair it because I can press the green button to confirm the pairing).

Did you find any solution ??
