Help Verizon Galaxy Note 3 Lollipop Update - Issues?

I've had Lollipop install since it first became available for Verizon Note 3s. No issues so far other than the screen dims too quickly right after I press the power button to activate it - on the order of 2-3 seconds from the time I press until the screen dims. I barely have time to view anything - if I quickly tap on the notification bar then the screen stays lit. Annoying, but I can live with it. Wish there were a setting to control the timeout on this - the normal display timeout setting does not apply for this.

I just got the update to Lollipop yesterday morning, and now my battery drains after about 2 1/2 hours of use, or 3 hours of non-use. I used to be able to go an entire day (5am to 10 pm) without plugging it in.

The wifi can't seem to consistently resolve my home network IP address. It worked yesterday, mostly, but today it only connected once, and now it is just attempting to obtain the IP address. I've restarted, restarted my router, cleared the partition cache, and uninstalled a few apps (to attempt to resolve the battery issue), but to no avail.

I'm backing up my phone now, so I can do a factory reset on it. I don't have time to wait for a patch, when I can't keep a charge past breakfast.

Also, I hate, hate, hate the new look of it.

I hated the look at first but it's growing on me. No really bad issues so far like battery drain or anything. But also no real improvements either. The one annoyance I can't figure out is that the 'Battery Fully Charged' banner comes on when it reaches full charge and I can't turn that notification off. The problem is that I'm using an app called Dock Clock which turns my phone into a clock at night when I plug it in. It blacks out the screen except for the time which I have sent to a dark blue that you only just barely see in complete darkness - very handy for sleeping. But now every night I eventually wake up to a wicked bright room because this effing stupid white banner is there. If anyone has a solution to this, PLEASE let me know!

Before updating to Verizon Lollipop, I just want to hear what issues people are having out there.
My phone is my lifeline, and want to make sure nothing major going on!
Battery drain? Lagging? Resets?
Please state how long you have had the app installed as well.

Another issue is that the Samsung App Store or Galaxy App Store or Expierence Store or whatever they call it today, is no long available on the Verizon Note 3 with Lollipop. Tried several versions of the APK and none work. So if you bought any apps from Samsung you are S.O.L.

I still can't figure out how to get rid of that stupid 'Battery Fully Charged' banner. Found another thing as well - the equally stupid high volume warning that I used to get but went away (can't remember how or why) is back! If anyone figures out how to rid these two annoyances please share!

No additional battery drain here. Pretty much the exact same as before. I did not do a factory restore either.
