Help How do I transfer pictures/data/contacts from one sd card to another.

The easiest way of copying the contents of one memory card to another is via a computer: card1 -> computer -> card2.
That said, contacts and app data are not on the memory card (unless you've made a backup to the card). They will remain on the phone when you swap cards. Important to know if you think that swapping cards between phones would transfer them, or that removing a card will preserve them if you do a factory reset.

I have over 32GB of internal storage unused. I sould copy the SD card to internal storage using ES File Explorer and then move it to the other SD card.
