Root Rooting disabled usb pc connection and charging

it starts up correctly, im using it i build a dock charger out of legos to charge it, i instaled the Sony PC Companion software noting it says device not recognised i used divrent Pc's, USB cables and a even a Sony Xperia Z3 (my Pc reads the Z3)

Hmm, that's not a good sign.

All I can suggest is to download and install FlashTool on your PC. This can then be used to download and flash a stock firmware to the device which will (hopefully) solve the problem.

How can i root my phone without using a computer?

There are a few standalone rooting apps available, but tbh I always advise using a computer if available as it gives you a "get out of jail card" if things go wrong. The aforementioned FlashTool can root all but the latest 5.0.2 firmware, for example.

In any case, I don't advise proceeding further until the device is working correctly.

Flashtool doesn't require root, it is what you will use to flash new firmware and possibly to root, depending what method you use.
I had a problem with my Z1 ages ago with the computer not recognising it. I think I just downloaded the drivers from Sony and that fixed it. Worth a try. Believe yours are here...
