Which country are you in? Who is your Carrier?
Did you recently accept any updates to the phone?
What is your current software build number?

The outrageously long charge time sounds like a recent HTC bug that arrived with the update to Android 5.1

My m8 has shown that crazy charging estimate after the lollipop update. Never takes that long to reach a full charge though.
I'm going to monitor post call behavior of the m8. I believe mine acts that way since the update. Most of the calls I use speaker or Bluetooth. I do believe there is a delay since the update to 5.1. Just don't recall a 5 seconds delay.

I GOOGLED that build number & nothing for the M9 comes up.
But,it does for the M8 & M7 GPE.
Sounds like you have the wrong firmware/software on your phone.
I'd call SPRINT or,give 'em a visit,as this doesn't look like what is listed as the current update:

THATS THE THING.. MY SOFTWARE VERSION IS!!!.. 2.6.651.11

OK,you're up-to-date.
Try a cache partition wipe, that will solve a lot of unexplained issues:
(This is from T-Mobile's support, but, should be the same for your Sprint M9)
Wipe cache partition

Unlike a master reset, wiping the cache partition does not delete your personal data.

To wipe the cache partition, follow these steps:

  1. Be sure the phone is off.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Down key.
  3. Turn the phone on by pressing the Power key until the phone vibrates, then release Power.
  4. Continue holding the Volume Down key.
  5. Release the Volume Down key when the black screen with red and blue lines of text appears.
  6. Press Volume Down two times to highlight reboot to bootloader.
  7. Press the Power key to select reboot to bootloader.
  8. When the white bootloader screen appears, press the Volume Down key three times to highlight BOOT TO RECOVERY MODE.
  9. Press the Power key to select BOOT TO RECOVERY MODE.
  10. Wait up to 2 minutes for another black screen with red and blue text to appear.
Note: If a device with a red triangle and exclamation point appears, Hold Power while pressing and releasingVolume Up to continue.
  11. Press Volume Down three times to highlight wipe cache partition.
  12. Press the Power key to select wipe cache partition.
  13. Once complete, press the Power key again to select reboot system now.

recently updated the fone to 5.1, its like 3 times faster , no more sensor problems , and i dont have to reboot fone after 3 charges because it was showing 21 hours or so until full , camera is much better but still not a killer one , but again, i dont use my fone to take pictures, for what i need htc one m9s camera is much more than i need , sense 7.0 kills everything that moves on market. with this update , i find this phone to be PERFECT. And im reading reviews how this phone is over heating, only time when my phone is slightly hotter is when on charger. Gun metal gray, and yes i admit it looks so damn good tht i just look at it some time, have a frend with galaxy s6 edge and we agried ,theres no use comparing the camera samsung kills it videos or picturewise, but everythimg else on m9 shines. edge is not ugley by any means but it looks just a little childish in a way, the more time passes more im in love with this phone
