EDIT: My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Exhibit T599N (MetroPCS)

So I just got my phone activated today after.. a year or so of no service.

So one day while I had service, my phone went into a bootloop.

I didn't flash anything on that phone.

And for the last month I used it only for Tethering.

So I was very confused why it was in a bootloop.

Stopped using the phone, lator I used it again wouldn't work, so I took out the Sim card and it worked fine.

For the last ~2 months I've been using it without a sim card, no problem at all.

So I flashed a custom Rom.
Now I forgot about that got it activated and when I put in the sim card it just goes into a bootloop.

Couldn't use the custom rom with the service (Carbon) so I flashed NumberTwo (which is closest to Stock ROM I can find)

Worked fine up untill I rebooted it.

Now it will be on for 3 seconds and it'll just turn off, turn on, turn off, e.g. bootloop.

It's EXTREMELY annoying and I would like help. Google didn't help me much.

Help me please ...

I've formatted it so many times, so that won't help.
