I am thinking of using Factory Data Reset option in Backup & Reset on my Android Jelly Bean Phone. My question is what precautions should I take? I have a rooted phone and I also use Link2SD to transfer the app data to second partition. Will Factory Data Reset also wipe the data of second partition or I will have to do that manually?
