I recently flashed the CM11 stable onto my Lg Volt, as well as flashed the APN fix. I haven't seen 4G where I live at all, and the boost mobile website says I should be receiving enchanced 4g service. I have messed around with APNs, phone info settings, etc. I also noticed dialer codes do not work on CM11; I was planning on ##CLEAR# to reset data settings but nothing happens once I punch in that code. Any help appreciated, thanks.

these are the current settings I have on my phone. The APNS aren't chosen because they keep deselecting and won't stay chosen. Sorry, I'm working off of my 3G speeds and on mobile ATM, internet down for a week :(

Bump! Really need help fixing this. Haven't seen LTE in ages
settings>system updates> Update PRL then Update profile

If updating the PRL doesn't fix LTE or you can't update the PRL then do a clean flash of the rom or ZV5 Stockrom and then update the PRL again and LTE will restore. Then do a clean flash of the desired ROM along with the APN fix(before first boot)

Did exactly this, im on Virgin Mobile and an bought the volt when it first came out. Lost 4g when i flashed CM12 and some others. But followed your directions, (I formatted the internal memory, flashed stock, updated prl and profile, rebooted and factory reset, installed candy rom with apn fix) then in apn settings i changed the proxy and port from null to 0, now i have LTE. FINALLY something worked!
