Phone isn't responding after change in boot-loader

Hello my phone isn’t responding any-more when I try to turn it on
This happened after I give a app the rights to load in the boot loader.
I have tried a hard rest and a rest via the SDK
And the USB port of phone isn't responding when it is connected to the computer

All the hardware is was functioning fine before I gave the rights to the app
I am using a HTC Sensation XE

Does anyone have a idea to solve this problem?

When changing a setting in Tdl Todo List I wasn't able to power it on the next day.

I haven't used the phone for half a year, now I like to reboot it with the SDK
But the computer isn't responding to the USB connection
Is there a way to send a 'wake up call' to my phone so I can run the reboot command?

If you didn't use it for half a year and let the battery go into deep depletion (no juice for a long time) then this may be stemming from a bad battery.

The Sensation is, oddly enough, one of the HTCs that will respond and turn on when given the adb reboot command, even with a bad battery and being completely off.
