Help Can't add any more apps

Ram storage (?) 495MB - 81MB free
Internal storage 5.52GB - 4.95GB available
SD card 7.20GB - 7.20GB free

I have selected to move the apps to the SD card under apps. I selected the app and move to SD card. But it looks like they went to the internal storage. I wanted to send back to the tablet to see what would happen but it states that there is not enough storage. Could it be the RAM storage that;s the problem. When I try to download an app it just keeps running and running. Any suggestions.

I also check the SD card with my computer and none of the apps that I thought I transferred to the SD card are on it.

Hi

From your post, there is nothing wrong - lots of internal and sdcard space left. The RAM use is normal - android uses ram efficiently so its normal for there to be not much left. What you describe sounds more like a poor internet connection.

I'm having the same problems with storage truth. It looks like it trying to download. When I got back to the search it says it's installing, but never does. I did a reboot. I'm going to reinstall play store

I'm trying to load from the browser. It says installed. Loading device compatibility. It just keeps running. It is not on the apps screen nor is it under settings apps.

Is this a new tablet? Were there any error messages when you set up your google account?

Does the internet access and your google account sync work? If you open play.google.com in a browser, does it automatically log onto your google account (hamburger button to the left of the logo to check)

What apps are you trying to move to your external sd card? You cannot move preinstalled apps.

It still sounds like playstore is not getting an internet connection to google's servers.

menu
system settings
accounts
Google
select your account
check that "sync app data" is enabled

(this may differ slightly - I don't have 4.4.2 to check with)

Account says sync is off. I'm trying to turn it on,

Not sure how to turn on. I don't see that option.

I deleted the google account and re-entered. Didn't make any progress. As a test I'm trying to load Storage Truth, with no success

It does show the Gmail account in the play store which is my mother in law. I'm now going to try my account to see if it makes a difference.

I just tried my gmail account and no progress. Wondering if I should do a reset
