Help CS968 Android TV Box

"unfortunately, com.android.systemui has stopped" I receive this error when I power on my box. It is running on all original firmware. I believe Rocketchip. I can't get passed this screen when I hit ok it just pops back up. my of won't detect the box either. Please assist.
