Root ZV6 Question

So, I am on stock ZV5, rooted it myself. I do have TWRP installed as well. When I rooted I went in and uninstalled a few of the annoying LG and Virgin aps. If I update, I imagine I can fix root with TWRP, but my questions are as follows.

1. If I try to update will it brick because of the built in LG stuff I have removed?

2. If I update successfully, will the things I removed be back?

Any help is appreciated. Please, and thank you. :)

The update script tells it to replace the files with the newer version. If the files that need replacing are not there then the script fails.

You could flash back to stock, update, then remove the apps again. You might be able to modify the script to remove the code for files that have been removed but I'm assuming it isn't that simple (MD5 check/signature verification).
