Sent in my Sony Z3 with a cracked screen. It has cracked it self likely from overheating. Sony says that installing third party apps can some times overheat phones, therefore, the cost is not covered to replace the screen.
How pathetic they should replace the screen under warranty where in their warranty does third party apps causing over heating issues automatically void the warranty?
