I'm trying an LG HBS-750 Bluetooth headset with my N7000 - listening to recorded material, not the phone - and it's not happening for me.
With the LG headset's volume maxed and the N7000's volume maxed I can barely hear the spoken material. A little background noise nearby, and it's hopeless.
No problem with wired earbuds... it's the 750.
I have read similar complaints about this headset on other devices.
Does anybody know of a workaround for the N7000?

Case closed. Turns out that fiddling with the VolumeUp/VolumeDown buttons eventually gave proper volume levels. Something with the length of press and a function called EQL, I suspect.
