Root [MetroPCS & T-Mobile] [ROM] [F3] Xperion ROM *Updated 2/13/2015*

Hey guys I'm wondering if this rom can run on a P659H? From TIGO Colombia. Thanks in advance.

Well as I've said many times, I made this rom for the MS659 & P659 and it may not work on other variants. If you want to take the risk, go ahead and try it, but you've been warned.

Not sure why, but the rom refuses to download on google chrome browser, flags the latest and the last one as a virus. Downloading now from explorer ugh, first time firing that browser up since I downloaded chrome lol.

Just Fyi, not sure why google is flagging it. Just used your reovery/root script and worked great! Installed cwm after that using your info, got your recovery reboot app, thanks for all you have done!

I use chrome and it downloads fine for me and I'm certain that there's many folks that use chrome that also downloaded this fine. The rom has been up for over a year and noone else seems to have had this issue.

It's just a flashable zip with all the rom files inside and it's hosted on Microsoft OneDrive. Definitely no virus!

First, I'm very inexperienced with phones... I got this used t-mobile p-659 used last year to replace an even older phone.
I don't really use a phone much except for emergency purposes, but a part time job I was looking into required KitKat.

So I set about to try to upgrade to KitKat, that was the mission. But I couldn't get anywhere with flashing and any attempt
last week, through many many tries and hours. I read tons of forums posts and got no where.

Well I finnally found this thread, I don't know why it took so long to find it... but I did succeed with flashing and installing this ROM.
I thought it would get me to KitKat, or Lollipop.... but alas no... my inexperience with ROMs and not exactly understanding everything.

I did load an app that checked if my phone could accept KitKat and beyond.. it said yes.

With all that foolish said above.

I want to sincerely thank you for your work, and all the people that have contributed information and links, in this thread and forum.
With the information provided here I was able to install your ROM, without any problems.

I use Titanium backup, and reinstalled my apps no problem.
The phone seems to have less bloatware, and starts a lot faster, along with the cool start up screen.
But still Jellybeans. I guess KitKat isn't something I can do.

I am super stoked to at least gotten some where with this process, and thanks again for your work.

Rob.

THIS IS VERY LAGGY FOR ME. RESTARTS EVERY 10 SECONDS DOING SIMPLE THINGS LIKE OPEN PHONE. NO SOUND!!!!
You coming from stock ROM? My bad jus thumbin through here and recognized some of these similar "miss-haps" slow data etc. due to not COMPLETELY wiping everything but ext SD. Then took some well spoonfed advice being as I was new to flashing ROMs etc. and after wiping rebooted directly from recovery back into recovery then re-flashed accordingly and was golden. Just a thought. Again if I'm missing something do to my thumbing through the forums an overlooking anything/advice already known or given out etc. When in doubt fully wipe and restart fresh. Ohnestly sounds rather cleche but a lot of the time one can chalk things up to a minor user issue that had to be "finessed"
