Root Desperate Situation

I have an LG Optimus L90 (D415). It had the stock Lollipop build, but then I became ambitious. I flashed TWRP, and then created a backup. My end goal was to get Cyanogenmod, but when I tried to do that, I failed miserably. When I tried to restore, it did not work. It fails abruptly in the middle of the restore, and other times, partitions won't mount. I desperately tried wiping different partitions in the hopes that my restore would work, but to no avail. I had no OS installed, as TWRP told me. Then, I believed I could flash a stock ROM. So I used TWRP to flash it, and according to TWRP, it succeded. But when I try booting, I get a mere bootloop. My phone isn't hard bricked, but it's more than a soft brick. I really don't know what to do... I can't get a new phone, I'm still a student. Is there ANY possible solution? As I said, it's clearly not hard bricked, but not soft bricked either. When I tried flashing the laf.img for download mode, along with other fastboot commands, I get some kind of error along the lines of unknown remote command. I am super desperate to get out of this situation. I NEED a usable phone. I am not very experienced (but I believed NANDroids to be a guaranteed solution), but please help.

Okay, here's what i would try, maybe it'll restore your phone... hopefully!
What you need: charged phone, computer (pc/ laptop), software that i will list below in the steps, your usb cable.
Instruction to flash your stock rom back into the phone.
1. download and install your phone driver
2. download your stock rom. Just google lg 415 stock rom.
link(http://csmgdl.lgmobile.com/dn/downloader.dev?fileKey=FWB7G2U032NVA6P70FE44UV/D41520b_00.kdz)
3. Note: It should be a kdz file, otherwise, my method will not work.
4. Now, google "lg flash tool" Make sure you get the right one, and not some bloatware thing
link(http://lgflashtool.com/)
5. Once lg flash tool is downloaded, extract it to your desktop.
6. Now, find the kdz file you downloaded earlier and place it into the lg flash tool folder on your desktop (according to lg flash tool, the kdz file must be in the lg flash tool folder)
7. now, open lg flash tool application
8. pull out your phone battery, connect your phone to the pc.
9. Now, hold down the powerbutton and the volume up button (i have a lg d500 and that's what i do to get into download mode).
Now (still holding down the button) insert the battery.
10. Your phone will either display "download mode", or "emergency mode, emergency mode, good luck to you"
I suggest you try it a couple of times so it says download mode since that's how i've flashed my phone, i've never tried emergency mode, so my emergency mode info may be flawed.
11. That's a good sign if it displays one of the two, if it restarts, just pull the battery, and try it again. If it doens't work, just google "lg d415 download mode"
12. Once you are in download mode, pull up lg flash tool.
13. Follow these parts closely!!!
14. One the first part you need to select:
select type: CDMA
If your phone says download mode, select DIAG
if your phone says emergency mode, select EMERGENCY
Reset Time: Just leave it as it is, you don't need to change it.
select kdz file (Find your kdz file you downloaded above);
15. Once you've filled in the info above, you have two options, normal flash or cse flash.
normal flash: Just flashes your phone, keeps settings, keeps apps
cse flash: Well, it's supposed to remove everything, so it resets your phone to "out of the box" state. deletes settings, resets the os back to stock, basically back to the condition your phone was when you just bought it. Now, i just want to say something, this app works, i've flashed my phone three times with it, however, cse flash doesn't seem to work as it says. It flashes my phone and all, but it feels more like normal flash since it doesn't reset my phone.
16. Anyways, i suggest your use cse flash and maybe it'll give you a clean slate, however, if you have important info or photos, contacts, what not, i suggest normal flash. Either should work (i used cse flash, and again, all three times it only flashed my phone, it did not reset my phone).
17. Great, you finished 33% of the lg flash tool stuff, once your choose which method of flashing, it'll open up another list of stuff. Luckily for you, you can just ignore it all and press start.
18. Now this is your final step, it'll ask you for country and language. Interestingly, you select korea or whatever bizarre country they gave you as the country, and select english for your language. Fill in any other info since i can't remember what else they asked.
19. finally, press start, or what not to start the flash process.
20. Don't be alarmed if the information text is a bunch of boxes and characters, it's a lg flash tool glitch. also, if it says lost connection, try again, failed, do not exit out or press retry/ restart. Sometimes the message pops up but the tool is actually still flashing. So just let it run until your phone restarts. If your phone restarts, then that means lg flash tool is done and you can exit out of the app.

I hope this helps, you can find more info about lg flash tool if you google it. But these are my instructions and my experiences with the app. Again, i would describe the app as janky since it acts really weird and what not when flashing, so just give it time and let the tool flash your phone. Hope this saves your phone!

Yeah, one more thing, you need an internet connection for this to work, so if you have it, ignore the lost connection message. Now, if you noticed that more than 30minutes has passed and the message is still there, then restart it if you choose so. My phone flashed in no more than 20minutes. Message/ comment your results, if it helped, you ran into an issue, or what not, and best of luck.

OH MY GOODNESS, YOU'RE A LIFESAVER!!!
That actually worked, and I was getting pessimistic!
One thing I'd like to note though is that I had replaced my Download mode with fastboot. Luckily, though, I was able to get download mode back by flashing my bootstack with TWRP (thanks to http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-l90/development/bootstack-kk-l-l90-t3118632).
But once I accessed download mode, this worked flawlessly! I also had Titanium Backup to restore all my apps.
Once again, thank you!
