I had just gotten finished chatting with a Motorola person and she said that I could unlock my bootloader with a ''3rd party unlock code'' What is this?? Is she just trying to brush me off?? And I found this link: http://www.unlockphonetool.com/unlock-bootloader-code-generator/ Is this legit and can I unlock my bootloader with this? I am rooted on 2.3.5 and help would really be appreciated.

You have to chose unlocking service very carefuly beacause of dozens spam sites, selling nothing... I have unlocked my iphone 5 locked to Bell Canada here - https://digitalunlocking.com/official-unlocking-bell-iphone-all-models/. Check out this site, they may help you with Motorola too.
