So I recently rooted my phone but when I tried to install CWM I failed and my phone got stuck in bootloop.I took it to a phone service and they fixed it wiping my root out of it saying it can't be rooted anymore.Any way I can root it without trouble?

I don't know why you wouldn't be able to re-root it.I would use this method and follow instructions word for word:

the guy at the service tried to root it and he said it cannot be rooted and it went into bootloop.I'm scared to try and root it.My dad also says to listen to him

The reason my phone went into bootloop is the cwm file.Will erasing all my data delete that file so that my phone acts as if I never added that file?

You can root,But don't install CWM,.It says that at the bottom of the root guide:
