problem is we only have 1 president.. he is the one to handle these things.
he has access to very sensitive info..
other leaders around the world recognize him/her as our leader.
he sets the tone for our policies.. in all aspects for USA.
we voted him in.
good thing is .. only for 4 yrs.

if we had a Christian president.. and a Christian bombed a business in usa.
will we ask him/her to step aside??? so that a jew or muslim can take care of it?

What is the point of your statement? I don't understand what you're trying to say?

No. I feel the difference is that we'd legally throw the book at him over here, but we also don't allow child rapists and murderers to blatantly walk around killing more ppl. When David Koresh tried to created a religious cult/fact even tho based on Christian beliefs, we took his @$$ out. Quick like. So I feel this is a bad comparison on this one..

He's just strong in his.. ideals. While they have some merit, they may not exactly apply correctly. No hate involved tho.
On another note: My sister is so blinded by being (hypocritically) pro refugee we don't even talk anymore, even tho I know her enough that she wouldn't allow any possibility of danger like that in or around her home and told her it was wrong to ask others to forgo the protection and security of their home/children. If she wouldn't do it herself, why expect and chastise others to do so?! Just saying..

.

the point was..
it would have been odd of someone even considered keeping the Christian president (don't know if he was Christian) at the time to move aside.

and of course David Koresh and his followers (very small group compared to ISIS).. were nice enough to keep together in 1 single small area.
easy to deal with.

ok.. I did not vote for him either!

but he did win.. the electro votes to be the president (don't get me started on that old sys) GRRR :(
so.. I referred "we".. in that sense. The USA voted him in.
Me neither, Lol. [emoji41]

I think the reason Barakula won, at least last time, is that even though there are more conservatives than liberals in the U.S., not enough of them were motivated enough by Romney to get off their butts and vote for him. Now we're paying for that mistake. That's why Trump is drawing so much attention – he motivates conservatives; the rest of them don't.

"Keep in mind as 1 example.. that in the name of Christianity .. the holy wars were started."

From the B.O. Playbook. Let's talk about what's happening now, not what happened over a thousand years ago.
Get ur facts Str8, bro. [emoji49] The Crusades were a retaliation to Muslims beheading Catholic missionaries!! WTH they teach in schools these days?! [emoji29] Visit catechism. Much of my family is Catholic, unfortunately.

the thing about history.. if we don't learn from them.. we are bound to repeat them.

OK...

but there is always .. something that happened before to cause that... and before that...

my original point.. is that there have always been BAD things done in the name of religion. NOT just Islam.!
and I really think.. no matter what religion is used. the angry person that commits the evil deed would still do the evil deed. Religion is used because it makes it easy to find others that are extremists.
Religion is also a victim of these angry evil people.
