So somethings happened to my phone and I'm not sure if it's full on damage or a loose connection or something else...
Basically sometimes it won't unlock, other times it will unlock and immediately freeze, or it will show different colours, the screen will be backwards or upside down... The attached photo was literally just taken. If I lock and unlock it again it will be different to that, sometimes it's just white, sometimes it works perfectly.
When it's in its little change colour phase, if I touch the screen or move the phone the colours will change; which is why I feel it's a loose connection. Also if I shake the phone, there's a rattle coming from the back at the top (possibly just the camera??)
I've sent it away with my provider but Sony voided it from warrenty and it was going to cost a bomb to fix. So they sent it back unrepaired. I have insurance but only just started it up with another company (provider never added insurance when I took out the contract, which I was unaware of) so I have to wait another month or so to claim. I've also reset all the software, which didn't fix the issue.
I'm hoping you guys think it's a loose connection so I can just take it into a repair shop and pay to get the screen replaced!
