Root [H631/MS631] CyanogenMod 12.1 for LG G Stylo

I'm having a pretty big problem with this. I am running noobified's build on an older stylo, and after a while it will not let me wake my phone from sleep.
I've been running Noobified's build for over a month and never had that issue. Are you sure you aren't using bradys 11/26 build. Noobifieds build is the July one. Brady's build is the known one to have that issue

I assure you that it has nothing to do with FOMA. Try flashing Noobifieds July CM build, it can be found on Page 1. Thanks.

Edit: I suggest looking through Ardaz' method of fixing this issue. Sorry.

It does have something to do with FOMA and this build of cm. However the fix is easy as a previous user pointed out after applying scripts wipe dalvik and cache.

All I have to say is that it never happend to me.

Secondly, I edited my post. I'm trying to keep it as civil as possible in these types of forums.
I'm using the mod now thanks for pointing it out to us. I wasn't trying to be rude I was just making it know for the next user that it makes this rom act wonky.

Btw your running katana right? That is why your not seeing that issue.

I was on CM before I switched back to Katana. I have used FOMA with Noobified's CM build without any issues though. I decided to switch back to Kantana because I had issues with adjusting CPU frequencies. :(

Yeah I have the same issues it's like it's read only. And the cpu only use 3 steps. It's pretty draining on the battery.

You'd be better off asking in the Katana thread bro. As for Snapchat not working it's because of xposed, download an uninstaller zip and log in, then you can flash the framework again.

I have snapchat working now, do you suggest i try running the katana rom again?

Edit: Restored from backup & then re-rooted, installed snapchat and now pondering if i should reinstall the rom again.

Hey guys, camacho is the name. I am in no means an expert but love techy things. I rooted my lg g stylo some time ago (metropcs) flashed katana first, worked perfect. everything was fine but then I tried cm12.1 rom then the video recording did not work ( understand it was a known issue) but suddenly when using rom all camera features suddenly stopped working. Nothing fixed it. Photos, videos, flash light. nothing worked. I reverted back to Katana but still camera did not work. no third party apps or anything. An error message said camera was in use or something. I removed root went back to stock 10j, no luck. it isn't the hardware because after I went BACK to cm12.1 again I randomly had a screen that said kernal failure or something and when i restarted I went on snapchat everything worked (except video which was known issue). I need camera bc I wrestle and need to send footage to college coaches. if anyone can help me please it will be truly appreciated :/

The camcorder needs a commit in frameworks/av in source then built again. You may be able apply it by decompiling the frameworks.apk or the frameworks.jar and adding it but do not hold me to it as I am not 100% sure about it. It would be easoest just to fix in source then build.
