My ZTE Warp 4G phone is not receiving any SMS text from any source. I can send SMS's just fine. Voice calls still work and I can still get on the internet when I turn the wifi on to my home router (I can also get on the internet via my phone if I am near enough to a Boost Mobile tower.
I 1st knowest this when I was messing around earlyer tonight with the BlueStacks Android emulator on my win7 laptop. The laptop is still running 100% ok. When I try to log into Google play, since I have never logged into Google play before with the BlueStacks emulator. Google play invoked the 2 part verification code. Whitch is to be sent via SMS to my cell phone. I grabbed my cell phone from the night stand next to the bed waiting on the code to arrive. The code never arrived (tried 4 times). I called a friend on the house land line and asked him to send me a SMS from his cell phone to mine. That never arrived. I tried sending an email from my Gmail, MSN and Hotmail accounts to my phone. My phone never received any of the SMS's I sent from the email accounts. I needs some help to figure this problem out please.

If it turns out that the ZTE phone is dying. I still have the HTC Desire 510 phone that I can use. I will have to start the process over again (rooting it) because the HTC is sitting in a factory reset default state. That's the way I got it free.

I had similar issues once recently when i tried to activate Google Voice on my PC, which also affected my voicemails. I had to unsubscribe/delete all account information from within Google voice and also call Boost Mobile to remove any/all account forwarding then reset/reboot my device via their many dialpad instructions.. but they had to ultimately reset stuff from their end. Upon that last reboot I was finally OK and could get my texts, voicemails, and SMS/MMS. Hope that helps!

Are you saying that I have to do a hard reset back to factory defaults and re-root the phone again?

I called Boost Mobile and did the network connection reset. after the reset was done I got flooded with SMS's that were been held, waiting to down load to my phone. All the email tests that I sent to my phone, the test txt's that my friend sent me and the 2 part verification codes from Google play. And a few I didn't know about from Dan at my church. Thanks for the info.

If you're on a custom ROM, flash back to stock before calling Boost Mobile or the dialer codes will be inaccessible

Maby u can help me with something else. I am looking for a free clock app that will voice the time every 15 minutes. With an easy shut off check box without having to kill the app in settings. There is so meny app's coming up under the search talking clock. That will work on the ZTE. I need it to know the time when I am waiting at the bus stop without pulling the phone out all the time.

I don't see that in the setting menu.
Look in Settings-"Accessibility"
