Flash a stock recovery. Or back everything up and use Odin and stock firmware.

Get your phone in to download mode (volume down+power+home)

download the file attached

flash it via odin in AP of odin (for latest odin)
Flash it in PDA of odin (for older versions of odin)

Download Odin from this site or Xda, open Odin on your PC and follow the instructions or use Flashify app to flash the recovery.
Thanks it worked for me :)

Just remove twrp and go back to the original recovery.
After looking around, i don't see the NJ4 firmware... If it was available you could just extract the .Tar file and then copy and paste the stock recovery to your desktop or a folder. Then you could turn the .img into a .Tar file and flash it in Odin.

The only other thing i could suggest is if you want to update the device and keep root you could use Flashfire and the files that are needed to update and keep root.

Easy enough. Note things that are not backed up will be gone! This includes texts, pics, videos, contacts etc.
This will wipe the device unless you have the device setup to back things up and restore them.
Go down the list to where you see Netherlands, look at the PDA section which will be your build #

Your build number is G900FXXU1POK5 so look for the same it's about at the middle of the list.
Boot the phone into download mode, power off, volume down home and power. At the warning press volume up.
Use odin 3.10 and choose AP and then choose the firmware you downloaded. Press start and in 6-7 minutes it will boot up.

I do have Safestrap but I also tried installing both other flavors of recovery before finding out I needed Safestrap with the locked bootloader on the GS4.
If you have the app on the phone you should have a uninstall recovery button, unless you have a older version.
In that case do this.

Enter adb shell from your pc:
Code:
su
mount -o remount,rw /system
mv /system/etc/init.qcom.modem_links.sh.bin /system/etc/init.qcom.modem_links.sh
rm -rf /system/etc/safestrap
rm /system/etc/firmware/q6.mdt
ln -s /firmware/image/q6.mdt /system/etc/firmware/q6.mdt
mount -o remount,ro /system
