Ok. Now Im clueless on what to do. I clicked repartition by accident and now when Im flashing roms, its having trouble finding cache, data partitions on the device. I have the T-Mobile variant 16GB.

I tried fixing it with a PIT file but I am really clueless on what to do now.

I believe there is a solution but I can't find it.

Hello and welcome to Android Forums bobwanda86 :)

Which model of T-Mobile Galaxy S5 do you have... T-Mobile for, Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Macedonia, Netherlands, Poland, UK, etc; with the G900F Global model or T-Mobile (USA) with models G900T/Ti/T3?

Which .PIT file did you use?

Normally, you should never need to flash a .PIT file as, unless you know exactly what you are doing, you can break your phone as .PIT files are model and firmware specific and flashing the wrong one can cause big issues. You will need to find, download and flash the correct .PIT file for your model and firmware before flashing your stock, Samsung, firmware.

If you are rooted and took the sensible precaution of making a full nandroid backup prior to flashing, you can use that to restore your phone.

So, this .PIT file, here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=52767244&postcount=16

The post is dated 19th May 2014 which means that the .PIT file is for the very first firmware release for the G900T model, on Android 4.4.2 on firmware...

Model SM-G900T
Model name GALAXY S5
Country USA (T-Mobile)
Version Android 4.4.2
Changelist 964333
Build date Wed, 26 Mar 2014 04:28:24 +0000
Product code TMB
PDA G900TUVU1ANCH
CSC G900TTMB1ANCH

If you have flashed the .PIT file above then you can, without re-booting checked in Odin, immediately flash the above firmware. Factory Data Reset your phone in Recovery Mode, see #2.3 of S5 Lollipop Update Problems - Dummies Guide for how to do this, and remove your external SD card before attempting this.

PLAN B: If you do not feel confident doing this, then you can take your phone to a Samsung Service Point or T-Mobile Service and ask them to re-flash it for you. They may charge as this is not covered by warranty.
