In a word: Everything.
- Way too bulky ( I knew going in that it was going to be the largest phone I've ever owned but it's just so awkward for me )
- Bluetooth pairing is absolutely horrible. I've spent several hours over the last few months trying to get it sufficiently paired with my PC and it just refuses to cooperate, thus rendering the BT useless for my PC ( on a side note, thank goodness it pairs fine with my car - which is strange but for some reason it doesn't play nice with my PC ... and it's not a PC issue as all my other devices work just fine with the PC )
- "Shatterproof" screen is a joke. I've had it for not even 2 1/2 months and it's already got a few nicks in the screen ( by weight of comparison I've had quite a few smartphones over the years and I'm careful enough to never need a screen protector ... but apparently I need one with the T2 )
- Radios not up to Motorola standard on Verizon
- Tremendous lag for being so new, especially after just waking up ( again, only had it for a couple months, I'm not a heavy user and have minimal apps installed, but yet it doesn't keep up with me )
- Poorly built ... already my DROID logo is peeling, there seems to be a few bits of moisture under the screen, and the buttons don't always "catch"
- Camera, even though improved from T1 is the worse camera I've ever had on any smartphone ever owned
- Drops WIFI in and out all the time
- Took several attempts to get the SD card working properly - still feel like it's a crapshoot whether it will work or not at any given time
Literally - there's almost nothing I like about it.
I'm coming from a first generation Moto X which I absolutely adored! It was still going strong and a freaking workhorse up to the day I got the T2 - I didn't even need to upgrade but felt that I wasn't using my plan to its potential if I didn't. Now I'm kicking myself for doing it and I'm stuck paying off this POS over 24 months with Verizon. I'm most likely going to transfer all the pics off the Moto X to my computer and put it back on my main line and throw the T2 in a drawer to rot. The only drawback to the Moto is the lack of SD capability - hence the need to offload all my pics for more space.
