I "upgraded" from Ellipsis 7 to 8. I use the Ellipsis for GPS Nav in my work van. I have it plugged in to a high quality charger the whole time. The device states "plugged in on AC" and "charging". But after one full hour of driving the battery level goes from 100% down to 80%, two hours down to 60%, and so on. If I am driving around all day then it can be down as low as EMPTY by the time I get home!
On the Ellipsis 7, the battery would stay at 100% all day long when used in the exact same manner. Is this normal for the Ellipsis 8?
