My Android phone sometimes shuts off on its own at about 8 to 16% it is getting annoying and when I am doing something important the screen fuzzes up like an old 80's movie and then shuts off. Also before shutting off my phone starts to ghost type and do stuff on its own, this is getting really annoying now and I need help. My phone is a Samsung GALAXY Core LTE Prime and is updated to the max updates for my phone that are out at the moment. The phone will sometimes automatically turn itself on at 1% and if it doesn't it will have to be charged to 20%. Then I wait for it to be charged higher than 60% then I feel okay to use it, the lower my phones battery is the faster it will drain, please help. This is my first error with my phone and my first time using ANDROIDforums.

Welcome to the forum :)

These updates you have performed...have you ever thought about doing a factory reset and starting "fresh"?

This might fix these minor bugs you are having that could be leftover from an update gone wrong.

Let me know if you have any more information or have tried this and I can or someone else can try and assist you further.
