It seems as though someone has gained access and control of my Samsung galaxy core prime. I can only browse what seems to be selected topics I'm block from others. My email has been routed elsewhere by a coded link I was emailed by some one please help Me stop them and help me regain my confidence in all my American rights..... this is evil and several social profiles have been created using my pictures and info. Please help

For starters, change all of your passwords to everything. I doubt your phone got hacked. It sounds far more like one of your online accounts or email account got hacked. Start with your email password because if they have access to that, they will see any emails regarding password changes.
