App that make exception for certain phone number to call during silent mode?

Hi guys,

I am looking for the app that would work as a some sort rule exception during the silent mode.
For instance I run Timeriffic app to silent (completely not even vibration) my phone automatically at 11pm, however, I want to ensure that certain people (family) can still call me even during night time.

Is there any applications that can do that - exception rules for the phone numbers to still ring during silent mode?

I used to use the free app, Silent Time. It works really well. It's easy to use. And it allows contact-specific-exceptions so that, for example, the phone will ring during your quiet sleep-time, if the call comes from any of your family members or neighbors.

I stopped using Silent Time when I started using the free automation app, Llama, which can perform the same function described above, and much, much more. Because Llama is more powerful, it's also harder to set up, but it's still pretty intuitive, and (IMHO) the easiest of the automation apps. You basically just set up "Profiles" for various silent or noisy behaviors. And you set up "events". Events are essentially "If-thens" that you you select from a menu of options. If this and/or this condition, then take some action or actions. (One type of action could be invoking one of your "Profiles".) Here are some of the things that I have Llama do on my phone:

Go silent during sleep hours (but ring for contact-specific exceptions).
Go silent at church or the movie-theater (but vibrate for contact-specific exceptions). Llama can roughly determine your location in a VERY low-power way by looking at the cell towers. Or Llama can determine your location, if, for example it connects to your church's WiFi SSID. If an app were to use GPS to determine your location, it would drain the battery. Llama uses so little power that I can't even tell the difference, and I leave it on all the time.
Go back to normal volume (with no contact-exceptions) after exiting church or the movie theater.
If connected to specific Bluetooth stereo receivers (home, headphones, or car), then go full-volume and launch Pandora. (Kill Pandora when disconnected from those Bluetooth devices.)
If connected to my car Bluetooth stereo, and if charging, then turn off the screen-timeout, maximize volume, & launch the Waze (GPS app). (Revert when disconnected from Bluetooth.)
If not at home or at work or at my vacation-home, then turn off WiFi. (Turn on WiFi when at those locations.)
If a specific NFC tag is detected, launch iHeartRadio.
