Ok guys im totally screwed.
I had my D320n running cm12/12.1 since the end of 2014. Decided to use lg Flash Tool 2014 to get back to stock so i can network unlock the phone. Every time it trys to flash it gets to 4% and then goes back to 1%. I have left it for a while so i pulled the battery as im not gonna drain it out and have no options left. Now it will only boot to download mode, download mode has also replaced the charging animation. May i ask, in download mode does the battery charge still on the LG L70? Anyway any help would be awsome as i just want this to work again. Not sure why on the pc it reads 13% and on the phone reads 4%. Then the phone goes back to 1% but the PC percent never changes. Have tried multiple drivers. Been up all night trying to fix it. Its currently past midnight

Hi, I had a same problem once. As far as I remember, I fixed it by running LG flash Tool as an administrator, and plugging my phone to USB 2.0 instead of 3.0. I still had to try a couple of times.
The percentage on the phone and on the computer screen never catch up with each other when I flashed kdz.

Did you use cse flash method?

As for charging thing, I honestly don't know.

I fixed it by redownloading the kdz from another place as the kdz i have was over a year old and moved multiple times from HDD to HDD. I also used cse flash method this time. I went back to stock to network unlock the phone. But when i bring up the unlock dialog it says "This phone is permanently locked and cannot be unlocked". I have never attempted an unlock on it before nor have i even got the key to do so yet. I haven't made any attempt so i dont know why it would say that already.
