Root Still cannot root zte awe after several methods

Its a bit tricky depending on what tool you are using to partition. I'm afraid I would just explain things away and make them more complicated for you. If you use apps2SD to partition slide the meter up top indicating you're partition size. That's best I can explain without confusing the hell out of you. I had to play around a bit myself. If you or a friend has an android with a TWRP version that had partition feature that actually works that's the easyest route put youre SD in there phone and get er done then pop er back in you're phone. Make sure you use extention 4 on the partition not 2 or 3 or anything. I hope that helps. If not hit me back and I'll screen shot my "mimicking" the process. Oh! its gonna format you're SD card. back up what you wanna keep cuz it all going bye bye. The process/formating/ partitioning wipes entire SD card. & never mess with swop file crap. you're SD won't last very long if you mess with swop file just partition. You'll get er. Be aware it causes you're SD card to be read more which wears an SD card out faster.
Pm me on ur screen shots on how u did it OK I'm still having problems thanks

OK now first off do you see that blue meter bar up top? As I'm sure you already realize it slides left to right. OK thats first and formost. Now I'm gonna send more screenies and walk you through which direction you need to drag that meter to portion you're ext sd's size. well the size you want on you're SD's soon to be new second partition. be right back and will explain where you want you're slider to bevto reach those sizes.... one min be right back with more [emoji57]

OK say you want a 3 or 4 G partition the right side of the meter as shown ubove determens you're second partitions size. if you slide to the left it makes that second partition bigger and you can end up ****in up and making 2scd partition to big defeating the purpose in a big way cuz it would and could ultimately make the 2scd partition you are trying to create too big and would make the size of you're original/1st built in partition too big.... k that's the slider meter blue bar up top workings and partition sizes... Now hold on I'll explain what you do after you desired portion size is where you want it. For instance I have a 16 g in my device at the moment so you see how it reads 14.9 GB up top? well estimate what's left and that's gonna end up my second portions size... so judging from my estimation that's gonna leave me like 2G's on and of a 2cd portion... slide to the left a lil more gives u a bigger 2cnd partition depending on what you want that 2cd partition size to be... now be right back to explain how to execute the procedure after the desired partition size is set using blue meter.....

OK as you see at the bottom I chose and you must choose FAT 32 below wherebit reads (File System) with the blue check I set it to ext 4 but for some reason that didn't appear after i sent this screen shot. but anyway File System needs checked blue like the ubove FAT 32. & you need ext 4. not ext 2 or 3 etc... OK last screenie and end of explanation coming up... one sec be right back...

Actually no that's it. if you do this right you will be mounted with a 2cnd partition on links2sd you have to manually click yes on create mount script if you choose to use links2sd after partition instead. apps2sd let's u move every lib and cache file etc. free version. linkd2sd only allows moving so many files of a given apk unless u buy pro version. Now remember if you moveva widget or certain system apps or you move apps2sd or links 2sd to youre second partion that widget wont work in other words pay attention to what you are moving to 2nd partition. most system apps don't won't act right if you move them to 2cnd partition. Hope this rather crude fast guide helps enough for you get on the rite track if not and as I am/was afraid of this might have confused you more its a lil tricky to convey a proper explanation and walk through of all this... so I hope I have you if anything at least a lil more on you're way with all this..... Again you need more help or have a question hit me up bro.... Hope you get er. I know u will soon good luck. PS backup you're sd's contents or move what fits to internal SD while you do partition and the move content back to ext SD after or however you choose to backup or move you're ext sd's content U intend on keeping cuz this procedure when done properly is gonna wipe you're entire SD. has to to create that 2cnd partition. Hit me up if you still need a hand.

I could be wrong but either 64 G is like the limit as far as sd size that one can partition without issues maybe 32 G. But that info maybe outdated now. You say you got er partitioned and mounted with you're desired partition sizes and she stuck through one reboot then "unmounted" 2cnd partition you made etc.? You try rebind mount script option or another partition app after you used apps2SD for partition? I use links2SD pro after using apps2SD to partition myself. but I'm not a gamer and don't need a ton of internal memory myself on my currant device. not to mention partition can really wear an SD cards life down much faster so I just stopped paetitionig cuz for my use its unnecessary. but that's me. Best partition ordeal I've ever used is only for the LG Optimus F6 and that's Warranty Voiders SD hacks. They're a bit tricky gotta get shit juuuuuust right @ do things 100% proper but beats all this apps2Sd crap all to hell... well sorry she's giving you hell. Just read up and keep on it if you really want what you're shooting for to work.

You guys figure out a One click root method yet or are you all using PC method. Sorry I should have read through thread a lil more. I'm willing to bet Kingo will root this device if somebody hasn't used this method already. I read ppl have tried at beginning of thread/post but why most fail with Kingo is they do not install Kingo user first, and its a must or you will not succeed in rooting. Its the safest method in my opinion and my go to root method even over KR because after Kingo rooting you can install SuperSU right over Kingo O issues! again if One click has already been used or somebody has already used Kingo to achieve root then I will delete this (IF NOT) install Kingo user from play store then click root with Kingo root utility apk. safest way.... If not then Kingroot v 4.9.2 should get er rooted. those two are the "heavyest One click hitters" folks!
