Installed it overnight with flash tool. I'll give impressions of it after a full day of use.
After a full day of using the Z2 running Android 6.0.1 I can say it's pretty good.
Stamina modes are gone and battery life seemed the same to me, even with the doze mode of marshmallow.
Other than the google now on tap feature, the only other obvious change is the way you can customise the home screens. Now you can choose more fancy transition animations but I was already using such things with Nova launcher.
Only big gripe so far is the new camera UI. I preferred the previous one myself and the camera UI has some lag now that wasn't there in the prior iteration. Hope they iron that out.
Over all a nice upgrade to marshmallow. The Z2 still has plenty of life in it.
He is referring to pros (good) and cons (bad).I'm not sure a free update can be considered a con, what are you being conned out of? You don't have to update. And, I understand that you can use the sd drive for apps, but you need to format it to stop it being used in other devices, as a security measure.
Oops, sorry, I misunderstood. What MLSS said
I didn't mean con as in a con job.
Just providing feedback for this forum.

Hi there, was wondering if you are experiencing BT issues after the upgrade - i.e. playing music, or while on a call? Thanks!!
Another con with the marshmallow update is that we can no longer transfer apps to sd card anymore, only photos, videos, etc.
The marshmallow adoptive storage feature is also unavailable on this phone so I hope in a future update they'll bring back apps to sd card option!
Having installed it a few days ago I have to say I'm underwhelmed. What's changed? Not a lot! No stamina but the battery seems to be about the same. No widely touted vertically scrolling app drawer (that appears to be an extra which you can use with earlier versions anyway). Hardly a 6.0, more a 5.3
