Afraid not. All U.S. carrier minority variants of the S7 & Edge have locked bootloaders from their carriers.

Guess what this thread reminds me of? It reminds me of having my S3 from years ago and I had the firmware that could be rooted but than I updated to KNOX and than there was my millions of discussion threads being made to downgrade the KNOX bootloader. Lol.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge... so long as it is not a U.S. carrier model.
U.S. carrier S7 models have locked bootloaders and no rooting
The Global S7, G930F, or the S& Edge, G935F, would both work fine on the T-Mobile (USA) network.

Depends upon which state you reside:
Some have sales tax,others don't.

Who are you talking to & which retailer are you asking about?
If you're inquiring about B&H Photo/Video,it does not appear to offer financing for individual sales,but,it appears they have some sort of business leasing program,not sure if that includes all mdse they carry:
