Had to look it up I've changed my screen at least 4 times since that one. It's zooper pro and from the aura skin. I tweaked it a bit to match the wallpaper

Nova Prime with Flat Material Zooper and Urmun icon pack.

Getting a little tired with heavy customization with Lightning Launcher so went back with a simple homescreen with Nova Prime.
