I updated to the new O.S. system last Saturday. Since then I no longer rceive CNN breaking news updates. My husband updated his Samsung Galaxy S7 last week and was able to sign up for and receive CNN's alerts. I went into the setting on their app and the breaking news box is checked. I looked at the notifications in settings and the CNN boxes are all on.
