Help browser: err_access_denied

Hi all,

Problem: the browser shows only "ERR_ACCESS_DENIED" when I want to access for example "91.182.216.212:8091";
"91.182.216.212" is the current WAN IP address of my modem at home and port 8091 is forwarded to an internal IP address and port.
Other exemples are just other ports such as 8110, 8100, ...

When: only if I want to access that address via Edge/3G/HSDPA on my Sensation.

Which does work:
0. all internal IP address at home via wifi at home on a desktop/laptop and HTC Sensation
1. access "91.182.216.212:8091/" via wifi at home on my HTC Sensation, but that's because the router does know it is as a matter in fact an internal IP address
2. access "91.182.216.212:8091/" on a colleage's Sony Ericsson Xperia who uses the same carrier (Mobistar) and same subscription
3. access "91.182.216.212:8091/" on my laptop when using the HTC Sensation (connected with 3G) as access point

Installing Opera Mobile didn't help neither: it's showing a message that I should contact my provider.

I'm having Android 2.3.4; Softwarenumber 1.50.401.1; the browser is recognised as "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10_6_3; HTC_Sensation_Z710e; nl-nl) AppleWebKit/533.16 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0 Safari/533.16"

I've already done a hard reset.. didn't help.

What am I overseeing? What is blocking the access?

Small update:

- Dolphin and FireFox are responding with the same "err_access_denied" :mad:

- Opera Mobile responds with a message that I should contact my carrier... :thinking:

- Opera Mini does do the trick, but is having troubles with loading the site of my DreamBox (Linux based satellite receiver): the loading of the pages is stuck at approx 15%

No one who has had the same error message and found a solution/workaround? :eek:
