Learned that besides the added cost of the phone insurance with my at&t (Asurion), around $10 plus-or-minus $3 each month, if you have a claim, your deductible is about $200 !! Hardly a deal!

And to add insult to injury, the phone they replaced it with is lacking features I had in the one that was replaced. And all for $200.
Consumer beware.

Yeah, they all have deductibles you have to pay to get a new replacement phone. Of course, they don't freely tell you that when selling you insurance for just $10/ month.
