I purchased this phone from Boost. I was told that I allowed too much time to elapse from when my monthly ran out to have Boost help me unlock the phone. They now suggest that I reactivate inorder to unlock. That would cost about 45 bucks. It doesn't seem to make sense especially with such a cheapo phone.I hear it's as simple as entering a code but then again I here the code is dependent on the imei number.
I'm not sure why I am fooling around with this phone. I saw it today at Best Buy with Boost for $49.99! I remember when it cost 49 buck to replace a broken glass.
What do all of the recycle places do with the phones we throw into the box as if $600 bucks 3 years ago was like dropping and ice cream cone and saying oh well? Actually I would take it back and show it to the person behind the counter. 99 % of the time they would just give you a new cone. I do know that that will not work with a dropped Galaxy HA!
