So up until a few weeks ago, I could connect my phone to my pc and charge it as well as transfer/import pictures from photos or gallery (internal memory/SD card) onto my laptop. Now when I connect it the laptop and open file explorer, it can't find/recognize the phone's card or memory. No pics, no nothing. It says there's nothing there. What's up with that? anyone know?

Any help appreciated.

regards, m

I didn't think of looking to see if it's there. So I've attached/plugged in my phone to my laptop, started device manager and... there it is. Says all's ok; good to go. I re-ran manager and now it's gone... there's an icon for an "unrecognized" device. I get a message that "the last USB connected device has malfunctioned-windows doesn't recognize this device". What/where should I download drivers and or a program for this phone?
