No! A lot of people are not having issues with their phone. Those people do not have to return their phones if they do not want to.

Because I've known two definite groups of people with this phone, those who do report that it gets very hot, and those who report, like me, that it's not getting hot at all. Since right now, the odds are 35 out of 2.5 million, how can we be sure that with the new device, our odds get to be less than that of having some other catastrophic issue?
I actually heard the opposite. That the phones were charging hot all the time. A guy on another forum said that his phone would always charge hot out of the box. He walked away came back and found a burn starting to show on the right side of his screen. He ran and unplugged his phone. I will post the picture when I find it again.
Not saying you should lie to a potential buyer, but how would they even know if it was a replacement phone or not?
I wonder if Samsung are regretting their decision to opt for non removable batteries in their recent phones. It would have been cheaper to just issue new batteries.
This is a good reason why we don't have removable batteries. Fast charging conditions need to be exact, and problems can arise if owners are going to use cheap or non compatible batteries.
