Help i need to get my photos ...

So there's two issues here, one is your HTC rebooting itself and then the photos matter. If we can at least get your phone to restart normally and running, than the next step would be easier in getting your photos backed up somewhere. Could you give more details about your phone rebooting itself?

Try wiping the system cache partition to see if that will clear up the rebooting issue. The system cache partition is separate from your user data partition so this won't affect your photos.

If that doesn't help, try restarting your HTC in Safe Mode. When running in Safe Mode it's running Android in a bare-bones way, without pre-loading any processes for apps you've installed. If your phone doesn't randomly reboot itself in Safe Mode that's an indicator that something you installed recently (typically right before the problem started occurring) is creating some kind of system instability.

This is more of a remote possibility but since your model does have a removable battery, try pulling the battery. Leave it out for a couple of minutes and then put things back together and see if this makes any difference. You might also want to try temporarily removing the SIM card just in case.
