You would use Odin to flash the stock firmware. Instructions are at the bottom of the download page for the firmware.
Basically, download the Odin software and install it on your PC.
Download the device firmware for your country and extract the contents from the zip file.
Run Odin on your PC and connect the device in download mode to your PC. Should get a blue box with a active com port in upper left of Odin.
Select AP and select the firmware file to be flashed.
When Odin has checked and satisfied file is ok, you can select Start to begin the flash.
When flash is complete, device will reboot and you should see a green box with Pass in it.
Disconnect from PC.

Create a free account at Sammobile. Free download is slow, 30 to 45min but best place for stock firmware.

Download SuperSU Update zip to your tablet from here
https://download.chainfire.eu/921/SuperSU

Download TWRP 3.0.2-0 to your PC from here
https://dl.twrp.me/klimtwifi/twrp-3.0.2-0-klimtwifi.img.tar.html

You will flash the TWRP recovery file just as you did the stock firmware with Odin. You do not unzip this file.
In Odin, you will want to uncheck Auto Reboot.
When flash is complete and you get Pass with Odin, unplug tab from PC and boot straight into recovery.
In TWRP Recovery, select Install, select Download if you left the SuperSU zip there.
Locate the SuperSU zip and select it.
Slide the arrow at the bottom to flash it.
Select Reboot System.
After tablet reboots, you may see Android is Upgrading or similar.
Locate the SuperSU app in you app drawer and open it.
Follow any prompts to update binary, Normal Method.
That's it. You are now properly rooted.
Boot back into recovery and make your first backup.
Backups are your best friend.
