Which phone would be better for me between these? (possible options, may vary)

Howdy!

I know I've posted a thread like this one before, but I'll ask again for help as my situation has changed a bit economically.
My budget is around 400-450 dollars MAXIMUM, so I can't really aford anything like the HTC 10 or the GS7.

I'm mostly looking for a phone that has good software (I can't stand my G2 anymore because of it), good camera (worth the upgrade) and battery life, and possibly a metal design.
I'm trying to keep an open mind with any suggestions that you guys may have for this price tag, yet I've been interested in recent Huawei and Xperia phones lately (like the Xperia Z5, Nexus 6P and Huawei P9, all in my price range).

Please let me know what you guys suggest!

And thanks for the help:

I'm really enjoying the Moto G4, released earlier this year. Admittedly I'm more a budget user, not an elite tier type user, and gravitate towards more mid-range devices. However I despised the LG G Stylo I purchased after my Moto G1 bought it. That Stylo just had so many quirks that it annoyed me to no end so when the G4's hit the shelves I ordered mine immediately and haven't regretted it. I did go big however, ordered mine online with 2gigs Ram and 32gigs internal and it also has an SD card slot which I have a 32gig card inserted. It charges through most everything and doesn't give me any trouble.

Only thing I will say, and I think it's a Google OS thing not a Moto thing, is that the Internal and External memory are held separate. You can't move apps from the internal memory over to the SD card which I didn't know about at the time of ordering and so I'm glad I went large on the internal memory. You can opt for Adoptable memory which will mingle the two, but it'll format the SD card so as to only work in that one device. But I'd put my G4 up against most anyone, especially my Apple loving brother's IPhone 6S. I might loose, but I'll come in a close second and it didn't cost me the house payment it cost my brother for his 6S.
