My Kyocera Torque E6710 (Sprint) woke up in "download mode" yesterday morning and I have not
been able to clear this. I have done a master reset (volume down key + power key from an "off" state
after pulling the battery, cycled thru to "reset to factory" and I actually did this twice, still no fortune.
(Also tried it with a fully charged battery as I have access to a 2nd device)
It still comes alive in "download mode"
Any help or other clues as what to try would be greatly appreciated.
